Scott (the owner) and 3 of his employees came out on a Saturday, between Christmas and New Years (12/29/12) to replace our old original furnace from 1964. They replaced it with a 95% efficiency Goodman GMVC950704CX, which was a great price and perfect for our 1250 sq ft home. Consumers Energy and DTE currently have 2013 rebates for high efficiency furnaces and Precision is certified for both utilities – We already have one rebate check back from DTE.
