Scott Johnson is a class act and heck of a business owner. This guy and his team know customer service. I had a air conditioner break down and Scott was very honest with me. Do I want to do this again or do I want to have peace of mind…of course I chose peace of mind. He helped us get what we needed and had it installed right away. He has always come over at his first chance when something have been wrong as well. I wouldn’t want anyone else working on my stuff because I know I get first rate and quality work from Precision!
